The Guardian has launched FEED, its first original food video series, hosted by restaurant critic Jimi Famurewa. The six episodes explore how social media, migration and cultural exchange are reshaping the way Britain eats.

The first instalment moves between a Filipino-inspired leche-flan Danish, a Palestinian-British chocolate and date bun, and an East London banana brûlée. Future episodes will examine renegade ramen, spice bags and “Britalian American” pizza. [Source]
